This policy covers the Upwork Job Scorer Chrome extension and this website. The operator is Rahul Rana, an individual based in India. The contact address is rahul.dev.240801@gmail.com.

The extension scores Upwork jobs from signals already on the page, can hide weak ones, can watch saved searches while Chrome is open, and can draft a proposal with your own xAI key. This version has no account and no backend. It never submits a bid.

Information stored on your device

The extension stores its data in chrome.storage.local on your device, not on a server we operate. That includes:

This storage is not encrypted. Anyone with access to the browser profile can read it. No xAI key is shipped with the extension. If you paste a key or a Telegram token, it stays in that profile. Removing the extension removes the storage it kept there.

Data sent to third parties

Data is sent to a third party only because of something you do or turn on.

Upwork

The extension reads Upwork pages in your own session, on pages you open. Saved searches are fetched with your session. Those requests go from your browser to Upwork. We do not receive them.

xAI

Job text is sent to api.x.ai only when you click Draft proposal, using your key. If you configure another OpenAI-compatible endpoint, the job text is sent there instead, and only when you click Draft proposal. The default base URL is https://api.x.ai/v1. No key is included.

Telegram

The extension contacts api.telegram.org only if you enable Telegram alerts, using the token you stored. If Telegram is off, it is not used.

We do not collect, sell, or receive this data.

Payments

Pro, when it is offered for sale, is billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo Payments processes billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive order and licence information needed to deliver Pro, for example an email address and licence-key status. We use that information to provide Pro and to handle cancellation and refunds. We do not sell it.

This website does not collect card numbers. Checkout is not open on this site yet, so the site does not send you to a payment page today. The commercial rules are in the Terms.

This website

This website is static HTML and CSS. It sets no cookies. It uses no analytics. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. Pages work without JavaScript. The site does not ask you to create an account.

Whoever hosts the files (for example GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, or Netlify) may keep ordinary connection logs under that host’s own policy. We do not add a tracker on top of the host.

Children

The extension and this website are not directed at children, and they are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. This website does not collect personal information itself. If you believe we have received a child’s information from the payment provider, email rahul.dev.240801@gmail.com and ask us to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. If you do not agree with the update, stop using the extension and, if you have Pro, cancel it as described in the Terms.
